Elouise Gagliardi is currently the Learning and Compliance Coordinator at Hillgrove Resources since January 2024. Previously, Elouise served as the Project and Compliance Manager and Administrative Assistant at Indigenous Training and Recruitment from August 2020 to September 2021. Prior roles include Employment Consultant at Campbell Page, where responsibilities focused on aiding individuals in securing sustainable employment, and Storage Consultant at Storage King Group, promoting local marketing initiatives. Earlier experience includes working as Waitstaff/Barstaff at Overland Corner Hotel and as a Crew Member at McDonald's. Elouise holds a Certificate III in Hospitality from TAFE and is working towards a Certificate IV in Youth Work at ETEA. Education was completed at Renmark High School from 2007 to 2010.
