Ariel Bi, CFA CPA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and transaction services. Currently serving as Vice President at Hillhouse since January 2023, Ariel previously held the title of Investment Banking Vice President at Lazard from July 2019 to December 2022, focusing on M&A activities. Prior roles include Investment Banking Associate at Lazard and Nomura, and Manager of Transaction Services at PwC, specializing in financial due diligence for M&A transactions and private equity investments.
