Liyang Gu

Liyang Gu is a Senior Vice President at Hillhouse since July 2018, specializing in portfolio development. Previously, Liyang served as a Summer Intern at Hillhouse in 2017 and participated in a six-month consulting project at The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, focusing on generating revenue streams for the Jemez Pueblo reservation. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young, managing pre-IPO audit engagements in Mainland China and Hong Kong, and as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte, where Liyang completed pre-IPO reviews and coordinated IPO executions. Liyang holds a GMBA in Health Care Management from The Johns Hopkins University and a Master of Commerce with a major in Accounting from The University of Sydney Business School.
