Samuel Wang

Samuel Wang, CFA has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Samuel Wang started their career as a Valuer at Knight Frank in 2014 and then moved on to DLJ as an Investment Manager in 2016. In 2017, they joined CITIC Capital as a Vice President and held this position until 2021. Currently, Samuel is working as a Vice President at Hillhouse, starting in 2022.

Samuel Wang, CFA has a Master of Statistics degree in Data Analytics from The University of Hong Kong, which they obtained from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Surveying & Economics from City University of Hong Kong from 2010 to 2014. Samuel Wang also participated in an exchange program at UNSW in 2013. Samuel Wang completed their secondary education at Hangzhou No.2 High School from 2007 to 2010, focusing on science. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute in 2019 and the Chartered Valuer certification from RICS in 2016.
