Melissa Klosterman-Lando

Melissa Klosterman-Lando currently serves as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Hilliard City School District since October 2025. Previously, Melissa held the position of Director of Employee Relations, Human Resources, Enrollment, and Residency at Bexley City Schools from July 2019 to September 2025 and served as Principal at Montrose Elementary. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Principal at Griffith Thomas Elementary School in Dublin City Schools and various roles related to special education, including Student Services Coordinator. Melissa began her career in Hilliard City School District as an Intervention Specialist and general education teacher. Melissa holds a Superintendent Licensure from Ashland University, a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Antioch University, and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary and Special Education from the University of Dayton.
