Abby Paff

Abby Paff is a Lead Recruiter at The Hillman Group, where responsibilities include researching and implementing recruiting strategies to attract diverse talent. Previously, Abby gained experience as a Corporate Human Resources Intern at Great American Insurance Group, focusing on property and casualty insurance. Abby demonstrated leadership as VP of Alumni Relations for Delta Sigma Pi, a professional business fraternity, and contributed to professional development as a Marketing Committee Member for OHIO Women in Business. Additional experience includes roles as a member of the American Marketing Association at Ohio University and a salesperson at US Bank Arena, along with serving as a Dietary Aide at Pristine Senior Living. Abby holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sport Management, and Social Media from Ohio University.
