Nailah Tyrell

Nailah Tyrell currently serves as Manager of HRBPS for The Hillman Group, where responsibilities include leading HR initiatives for the Canadian business and North American Industrial Solutions division, managing direct reports across Canada and the US, and providing strategic HR guidance to management. Previous experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Business Partner, focusing on organizational strategies within multi-site environments, and HR Coordinator at Mastermind Toys, supporting HR functions for 400 employees and managing talent acquisition. Nailah has also contributed as a Board HR Advisor for The HopeWorks Connection, as an HR Consultant for Black Artists' Networks in Dialogue, and served as a Control Centre Associate at Bell Canada. Educational credentials include a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Seneca College and a BA(Hons) in Caribbean Studies with a Spanish Minor from the University of Toronto - Innis College.
