Takiyah Cunningham

Takiyah Cunningham, M.S. HRD, is currently the Director of Talent and Engagement at The Hillman Group. Takiyah previously held positions at Cintas and United Way of Greater Cincinnati, focusing on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. With a background in Psychology and a Master's degree in Human Resource Development, Takiyah has a strong track record of driving diversity programs, training initiatives, and grant proposals. Takiyah also brings experience in donor engagement and workforce development.
