Jack Jemsek

Jack Jemsek is an accomplished senior hydrogeologist currently serving as an Executive Committee Member at the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission and a Senior Hydrogeologist at Hillmann Consulting, LLC. With extensive experience, Jack has held significant positions including past Vice President at New England Environmental, Inc. and Senior Hydrogeologist at SWCA Environmental Consultants. Jack's involvement in local governance includes serving as a Board Member and Chair of the Amherst Planning Board, as well as an active role at the Amherst Golf Club as a past president and board member. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Marine Geology and Geophysics from Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution and Massachusetts Institute of Technology, along with a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Notre Dame.
