Greg Signer, CPM, has extensive experience in the real estate industry, spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the President of Hillpointe, they have held various executive positions throughout their career. Prior to their current role, Greg was a Managing Director and Senior Director of Real Estate at Greystar from 2013 to 2022. Before joining Greystar, they served as a Senior Vice President at Pinnacle from 2010 to 2013. Greg has also held leadership roles at Alliance Residential, McKinley, Archstone Smith, ZOM Residential, Gables Residential, and Trammell Crow Residential. With a successful track record in the industry, Greg brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current position.
