Justin Lichty

Justin Lichty has extensive work experience in various roles in the finance and corporate development sectors. Justin is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer of Hills Machinery Company, a construction equipment dealership with multiple locations in the Southeastern United States. In this role, they oversee the financial functions of the company and provides leadership and direction to the organization. Prior to this, Justin worked as the Chief Financial Officer at RJV Equipment. Justin also has experience as a Mergers and Acquisitions Manager at CNH Industrial and held senior managerial positions in dealer development and corporate development at the same company. Before joining CNH Industrial, they worked as a Corporate & Investment Banking Associate at Bank of America. Justin's early career included a role as a Regional Sales Manager at Terex Corporation.

Justin Lichty has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the College of Charleston. Justin has also completed Master's degree courses in Accounting at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
