Aaron Guttman is a Business Analyst at Hills Properties, where responsibilities include participation in land acquisition and new development, as well as managing construction and permanent financing. Previously, Aaron served as Acquisition/Finance Director at Imperium Capital, overseeing commercial property acquisitions in Manhattan and completing due diligence for contracts. Aaron also worked as a Construction Analyst/Property Manager at Antheus Capital, managing a construction budget of approximately $145 million and assisting with contractor bids and escrow draw management. Aaron holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Real Estate from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Indiana University Bloomington.
