Hande Arslan

Hande Arslan has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various companies and roles. Hande is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Hillside - Alarko Turizm Grubu since February 2023. Prior to this, they held the same position at GUESS?, Inc. from August 2021 to February 2023.

Before joining GUESS?, Inc., Hande worked as an HRBP Manager at Mondelēz International from July 2019 to July 2021. Hande also served as an HR Manager at Consultant from July 2016 to June 2019.

Their previous experience includes roles as an HR Manager at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from October 2013 to July 2016, HR Manager at Shaya from March 2010 to September 2013, and HR Business Partner at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals from December 2006 to February 2010.

Hande started their career as a Training Specialist at Ali Raif İlaç Sanayi from March 2004 to November 2006. Throughout their career, they have developed extensive experience in human resources management and business partnering roles.

Hande Arslan attended Saint-Benoit French High School from 1991 to 1999. Hande then pursued their higher education at Istanbul University from 1999 to 2003. In 2011, Hande enrolled in the Adler International Learning-Coaching School, where they completed a program in Professional Coaching from 2011 to 2012.
