Chip Meneley, CPCC, is an experienced professional with a background in collaborative management and coaching. Since September 2010, Chip has served as the Collaborative Management Program Administrator at Hilltop Community Resources, effectively managing a program aimed at improving outcomes for children, youth, and families through strengths-based approaches. In addition, Chip has held roles as a High Fidelity Wraparound Facilitator and Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Program Coordinator, overseeing multi-county programs geared towards at-risk populations. As Co-Leader at Radicle Coaching, LLC, Chip has trained over 75 Refugee Services Case Managers in transformational coaching techniques. Additionally, as the Founder and Head Coach of Confluence Coaching, LLC, Chip empowers individuals and organizations to create sustainable change using various coaching models and assessments. Chip holds a Life and Business Coach Certification from the Co-Active Training Institute and a BA in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin.
