Spencer Rockwell

Spencer Rockwell currently serves as the Budget Director at Colorado Mesa University since October 2023 and also holds a position on the Board of Directors at Hilltop Community Resources. Previously, Spencer Rockwell was employed as a Budget Manager at Mesa County, CO from April 2021 to September 2023 and served on the Board of Directors at RMC Health from December 2018 to September 2022.
