Scott Sorbet

Scott Sorbet, CPA, currently serves as Senior Vice President and Senior Director of Accounting at Hilltop Holdings since September 2017, having also held roles as Director of Financial Controls and Director of SOX during this time. Prior to this, Scott accumulated extensive experience at Neiman Marcus from September 2004 to September 2017, where Scott progressed through various positions including Internal Audit and Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance Manager and Inventory Control Manager. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Accounting from Louisiana State University, earned between 2003 and 2004, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the same institution, completed in 2003.
