Toby Pennycuff

Toby Pennycuff is the current Chief Information Officer at Hilltop Holdings. Toby has previously held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at JCPenney from 2007 to 2012, and Vice President and CTO for NMCI Navy Marine Corps Intranet at EDS from 2004 to 2007. Pennycuff has also served as the Chief Technology Officer at The Feld Group from 2002 to 2004, and as a Senior Manager at KPMG Management Consulting Advisory from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they were VP CTO at JPMorgan Chase from 1995 to 1998.

Toby Pennycuff graduated from the Texas McCombs School of Business with a BBA with Honors.
