Bj McAndrews

BJ McAndrews is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in securitized products sales and asset-backed finance. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Securitized Products Sales at Hilltop Securities Inc. since April 2025, BJ previously held the same position at Academy Securities from September 2023 to April 2025. As Co-Founder and CEO of Flyp Financial, Inc. from January 2020 to July 2023, BJ developed a digital banking solution for both consumers and businesses. Prior to this, BJ spent nearly 18 years at Wells Fargo as Managing Director, focusing on asset-backed finance sales for large structured products clients. Additional experience includes roles at Phoenix Group International, ABN AMRO Bank N.V., Vanderbilt Capital Advisors, and Chase, highlighting a strong background in trading, portfolio management, and corporate finance. BJ holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Economics from Montclair State University.
