Jeff Anderson

Jeff Anderson began their career in 1993 as an Operations Analyst at Fidelity Investments, where they maintained staff plans for over 1000 licensed brokerage and sales representatives. Jeff then worked as a Security Analyst from 1995 to 1998. In 1998, they became a Senior Technical Specialist, responsible for managing IT support for over 1200 brokerage associates. From 2003 to 2006, Jeff held the role of Director of End User Support at Fidelity Investments, providing business and strategic leadership to the Enterprise Help Desk Operations group. Jeff then served as an IT Director from 2006 to 2008, managing a senior level team of IT professionals and overseeing various projects. In 2009, they joined Case New Holland as an IT Site Manager, and in 2012, they became an Applications Support Manager at Fannie Mae. Jeff's most recent position is Director of End User Support at Hilltop Securities Inc., which they started in 2016.

Jeff Anderson obtained a Bachelor of Business Adminstration (BBA) degree in Management and Information Systems from Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business, from the year 1987 to 1991. Jeff also holds certifications in ITIL Practitioner - Support and Restore, ITIL Foundation - IT Service Management, and Certified Help Desk Manager, obtained in the years 2007, 2006, and 2004 respectively.
