Matthew Nicklas

Matthew Nicklas has a diverse work experience in various IT roles. Matthew is currently the Director of End User Support at Milwaukee School of Engineering since March 2022, where they oversee the help desk staff and manages all procedures related to end user help requests. Prior to this, they were a System Administrator at the same organization from March 2020 to March 2022. Before joining MSOE, Matthew worked as a Network Engineer at Leeward Business Advisors from September 2019 to March 2020. Matthew also gained experience as an IT Technical Support Specialist at Jockey International, Inc. from August 2016 to September 2019. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Network Technician at Platinum Systems, Inc. and as a Technology Support Technician at Kenosha Unified School District. Matthew also has experience as a Technical Support Analyst at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Matthew started their career as a GIS Client Services Intern at Harley-Davidson Motor Company and as a Team Member at Culver's.

Matthew Nicklas obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Technology Infrastructure from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a High School Diploma from Lakeview Technical Academy between 2004 and 2008.
