Tonya Todd

Tonya Todd has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the banking and financial industry. From 1994 to 2003, they worked at ePerformax/formerly CMC, where they served as a Senior Account Manager and was responsible for managing client partnerships, developing strategies to meet revenue goals, and implementing processes to increase closing production. Tonya also created training materials, analyzed program cost and performance, and led meetings to review performance metrics.

From 2003 to 2012, Tonya worked at Bank of America as a VP, National Account Manager. In this role, they managed relationships with government agencies, including the California State Teachers' Retirement System and Texas housing authorities. Tonya successfully maintained existing accounts while winning new Master Servicing accounts, designed marketing materials, coordinated events, and led the implementation of projects to grow loan production. Tonya also negotiated contracts, developed marketing plans, and supported the development of the division's website.
