Alexis Burwinkel

Alexis Burwinkel is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Hillwood since July 2022, Alexis focuses on real estate development across various property types. Previously, Alexis worked at Hilltop Holdings as a Recruiter, facilitating public entity solutions, and at ORIX Corporation USA as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Early career roles included Human Resources Specialist at Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity, Recruiting Coordinator at Presidio, and Human Resources Intern at Baylor College of Medicine.
