Brian Kutz

Brian Kutz has a diverse background in real estate development and construction project management. Brian has held positions such as Vice President of Development at Hillwood, Director of Construction & Development at Liberty Property Trust, and Land Planning & Design Service Leader at Borton-Lawson. Brian has expertise in leading industrial projects, managing due diligence, financial modeling, and obtaining municipal approvals for various land development projects.

Brian Kutz holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Penn State University, a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Lehigh University, and pursued Graduate Studies in Real Estate Investment at Harvard Extension School. In addition, they obtained certifications as a Professional Engineer in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and completed the Leadership Lehigh Valley program at Northampton Community College.
