Brian Nussbaum

Brian Nussbaum, LEED AP, has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Brian started as an intern at Truland Systems in 2002 and continued at INTECH Construction in 2003. Moving on, they became a Senior Project Manager at James G. Davis Construction Corp. in 2004, where they managed projects from preconstruction to closeout. Brian then worked as an Engineering Associate at Capital Project Management, Inc., specializing in construction dispute resolution. Brian transitioned to Duke Realty Corporation in 2014, holding various preconstruction roles before becoming Vice President. In 2022, they joined Hillwood as Vice President of Development.

Brian Nussbaum, LEED AP, received their Bachelor of Engineering in Architectural Engineering from Penn State University in 2004. Brian also obtained the LEED AP BD+C certification from USGBC in the same year.
