Doug Dureau

Doug Dureau serves as Executive Vice President of Human Resources & Administration for Hillwood and The Perot Companies with responsibility for payroll, recruiting, compensation and benefits, wellness, employee relations, training and office management. In this role Mr. Dureau works closely with all of the businesses including real estate, oil and gas, investments, airline and the Perot family office.

Dureau holds a BA in Psychology and Business from the University of North Texas, a Master of Business Administration and Organizational Behavior from the University of Texas at Dallas. He has also received the designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources, Certified Compensation Professional, and Certified Executive & Professional Coach.

Dureau is an advisor, board member and investor for several HR technology companies. He also serves on non-profit boards in the areas of Human Resources, Veterans Programs, Mental Wellness and Special Needs Advocacy. Dureau currently resides in Prosper, TX with his wife Kelli Foshee Dureau. He has 3 sons and a daughter.
