Josh Cox

Josh Cox began their work experience in 2006 at Stirling Development as a Project Coordinator and Development Manager, where they worked until 2015. In 2015, they transitioned to Hillwood as a Development Manager, eventually moving up to Development Director in 2018, and finally serving as Vice President of Development from February 2019 onwards.

Josh Cox completed their high school education at Trabuco Hills High School from 1997 to 2001. Josh then went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics & Business and Communication Studies from Westmont College from 2001 to 2004. Josh also obtained a LEED AP certification from USGBC.
