Lauren M. Spence

Lauren M. Spence, MBA, C.M. currently serves as the Director of Airport Operations at Hillwood since November 2020, following a notable tenure at the City of Dallas from June 2017 to April 2020, where Lauren held multiple roles including Landside Operations Supervisor and Senior Airside Operations Officer. In these positions, Lauren was responsible for overseeing daily airfield activities at the nation's largest medium-hub airport, as well as training new personnel in airfield operations. Previous experience includes serving as Landside Operations Manager at New Orleans Lakefront Airport and an Airport Management Internship at Hammond Northshore Regional Airport. Lauren’s educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Baylor University and a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management from Louisiana Tech University.
