Carly started their career in 1998 with the Missouri Air National Guard, where they served as an MSgt (Ret) and was responsible for managing HRF-related training programs. Carly also served as a training consultant and ensured that training programs aligned with mission responsibilities.

In 2004, Carly worked at Community Health Plan as a Quality Improvement Coordinator/Credentialing specialist. Carly led the HEDIS project and managed appointments and staff, ensuring compliance with legal obligations and delivering monthly reports on Quality Improvement statistics.
