Darth Fitch has a comprehensive work experience in engineering and management roles. Darth began their career as a Mechanical Designer/Drafter at Pathe Technologies division of Legget & Platt in 1997 and worked there until 1999. Following that, they joined Hilman Inc. in 1999 and held various positions including CAD Manager, Mechanical Designer, Mechanical Engineer, and Engineering Manager. In 2019, they became the Director Of Engineering, and in 2020, they were promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer at Hilman Inc.

Darth Fitch has a well-rounded education history in the field of engineering. Darth began their academic journey at Brookdale Community College in 2002, where they pursued an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Mechanical Engineering. After completing their associate's degree in 2004, they continued their studies at Rutgers University. At Rutgers, Darth Fitch earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering, graduating in 2008.

Not content with just a bachelor's degree, Darth Fitch further enhanced their knowledge and skills by pursuing a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Engineering Management at the University of Colorado Boulder. Darth enrolled in 2011 and successfully completed the program in 2016.

Throughout their educational journey, Darth Fitch has consistently focused on mechanical engineering, demonstrating a dedication to the field. Darth'squalifications equip him with a strong foundation in engineering theory and practice, as well as the necessary management skills to excel in the industry.
