Hector Banos

Hector Banos serves as the Senior Manager of IT Infrastructure Operations at Hilmar Cheese Company, Inc., since August 2021, leading teams responsible for IT infrastructure, cloud services, and IT services while collaborating with senior IT leaders to execute the technology roadmap. Previously, Hector held various IT management positions at Ferrero North America and Ferrero in Mexico and Central America, overseeing ITS operations and infrastructure. Earlier experience includes a role as Technology Service Manager at Nike, managing IT services across multiple locations, and as Telecom Coordinator at Ternium, leading networking and connectivity across several facilities. Hector holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, along with a Management Competencies Diploma from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
