Operations

The Operations team at Hilmar oversees the end-to-end process of receiving and converting high-quality milk from local dairy farms into nutritious dairy products. They manage milk intake, coordinate supply chain logistics, oversee production at state-of-the-art facilities, and ensure quality control and compliance through laboratory testing. The team also handles specialized tasks such as cheese and permeate operations, as well as water reclamation, to maintain sustainability and continuous improvement in their processes.
