Karin Coleman has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 1996 with American Airlines as a FICO Support Lead and Development Lead. In this role, they performed diagnostic analysis of the chemical tracking process for AMR's conversion from legacy systems to SAP, and was the Accounts Receivable Team Lead during AMR Financials EURO conversion project. From 2006 to 2011, they worked at Deloitte as a Delivery Manager and FICO Business Analyst and Support. During this time, they supported several major clients in the SAP modules AR, AP, AA and GL. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at Hawaii Electric Light Company as a Customer Information Systems Administrator. In this role, they provided department-wide leadership, training, and guidance for optimization of policies, programs, projects, and procedures for the Customer Information System and other customer service information systems. From 2015 to 2017, Karin worked at Honsador Lumber as an Administrative Assistant, performing administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors. Finally, from 2017 to the present, they have been working at HILO Medical Center as an Information System Specialist IV, responsible for the supervision and management of 24/7 HD operations.

Karin Coleman obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Bergius Berufsfach Schule. Karin also holds a certification in ITIL V3.
