Roger Waters-Duke

Roger manages our finance and accounts team which handles all aspects of finance for both our UK and international offices. Roger joined the practice in 2006, having previously held a number of senior accounting and management positions.

In his time with the practice Roger has implemented management systems which have supported significant revenue growth, international expansion and diversification into new business lines. He continues to lead the continuous improvement of our finance and accounting operations.

Outside of work, Roger is a Governor at his local Primary School, heading up their Finance Committee.
