Maja Bruketa Bujanović

Maja Bruketa Bujanović is currently the National Hilti Store Team Leader at Hilti Danmark, overseeing 6 stores and 14 team members. Prior to this role, Maja held positions such as Retail Øst Team Leader, Hilti Store Manager, and Hilti Store Konsulent at Hilti Group. Maja also worked as an HR Manager and Recruiter for Croatia and Serbia, handling recruitment processes, compliance, health & safety, HRIS implementation, and employee engagement initiatives.
