Devika Tandon completed their Masters in Psychology with a specialization in Organizational Behaviour from Delhi University between 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelors in Psychology Honours from Lady Shri Ram College for Women from 2001 to 2004. Devika'ssecondary education was obtained from All Saints College Nainital, where they completed their 10th and 12th grades. Devika also has additional certifications in Development/Assessment Centers from CEB, now Gartner, Instructional Design from Right Management, MBTI STEP II from Anahat Organisation Development Consultancy Pvt Ltd, OPQ 32 from CEB, now Gartner, and TalentView of Leadership Transitions (TLT) from Korn Ferry.
