Abhishek Shrivastava has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Shrivastava, started their career as a Sales Engineer at Anil Steels Pvt. Ltd. in 2003. Shrivastava, then moved on to become a Sr. Sales Engineer at Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. In 2007, they joined Hilti India as a Technical Application Advisor and worked their way up through various positions, including Assistant Manager - Training, Manager Training North & East / SHERPA, Area Sales Manager, Manager North & East – Stores and Alternate Channels, and finally, Sr. Manager Learning and Development. At Hilti India, they successfully established a learning academy and implemented structured training programs. Shrivastava, also played a key role in expanding stores, establishing vendor relationships, and improving sales performance. Throughout their career, Abhishek has demonstrated leadership skills, achieved sales targets, and contributed to sales growth and profitability.

Abhishek Shrivastava obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical from Rajiv Gandhi Technical University-Bhopal from 1999 to 2003. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including Executive Coaching / GROW Certified from ILM in 2021, DiSC Facilitator from Strengthscape in 2019, Situational Leadership Facilitator from The Centre for Leadership Studies UK in 2016, Situational Leadership TTT from Training Location - Everything DiSC, Ken Blanchard, Five Behaviors in 2010, and Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) from Carlton Advanced Management Institute (CAMI) in 2009.
