Luis Rafecas Caballero

Luis Rafecas Caballero is currently the Head of Warehousing at Hilti Schweiz, overseeing all operational activities and leading the warehousing team. Previously, they worked as a Logistics Operations shift supervisor at Ford Motor Company, where they managed warehousing and distribution operations. They also served as an Engineering Change analyst in the Plant Vehicle Team, coordinating engineering changes in a complex automobile plant. Luis holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering & Management from Technical University of Munich and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de València.
