Anastasia V.

Anastasia V. has a diverse work experience, starting with their time at AIESEC in Belgium. Anastasia initially served as the Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development from July 2013 to August 2014, and then advanced to the role of Country Manager from August 2014 to June 2015.

After their tenure at AIESEC, Anastasia joined Ingersoll Rand as an HR Lean Deployment Analyst EMEIA, where they worked from June 2015 to June 2016.

Subsequently, Anastasia joined Hilti Group, where they have held various positions. Anastasia began as a Process expert in Global IT HR from January 2017 to December 2017. Anastasia then transitioned to an IT Project Manager role in Global IT HR from January 2018 to February 2019, followed by a promotion to Global Testing Lead, Global IT HR, from March 2019 to December 2019.

Anastasia continued their growth within Hilti Group, becoming a Global IT Project Lead from January 2020 to January 2021, and then the Head of IT HR Product Owners from January 2021 to December 2021. After that, they took on the role of Head of Global Human Resources IT from January 2022 to January 2023.

Currently, Anastasia works as the Head of Marketing Cloud Platforms at Hilti Group, a position they have held since January 2023.

Anastasia V. completed their Master of Science in International Management at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW from 2016 to 2018. Currently, they are pursuing further education in Digital Transformation Excellence at IMD, expected to be completed by 2023.
