Dr. Aviral Shrot has extensive experience in mechanical engineering, particularly in the development of drill bits and chisels at Hilti Group, where roles include Head of Production Technical Services and Sr. Technical Project Manager. Previous positions include Tire Development Engineer at Continental and Early Stage Researcher at TU Braunschweig, focusing on finite element modeling and material behavior.
