Kai Neugebauer

Kai Neugebauer is an experienced logistics and production professional currently serving as the Head of Logistics and Production System at Hilti Group since May 2014, where responsibilities include managing a team focused on maintenance, materials management, and smart factory initiatives. Neugebauer has held various leadership roles within Hilti Group, including Head of Logistics and Operational Excellence and Group Manager Logistics, with a strong emphasis on lean and digital transformation across global operations. Prior experience includes project management roles in product development and supply chain optimization at Hilti and internships at Mercedes-Benz South Africa and Daimler AG. Neugebauer holds an MBA from TUM School of Management and two engineering degrees from ETH Zurich.
