Katrin Walser-Kessler

Katrin Walser-Kessler is an experienced professional in sustainability and business development, currently serving as Team Lead for Sustainability Community Management at Hilti Group since May 2016. Katrin has successfully led communication campaigns, managed the Sustainability Report publication since 2020, and established a global corporate volunteer program that has grown from approximately 120 projects in 2020 to over 850 projects in 2023. Previous roles include Product Manager Services at Hilti, focusing on health and safety services, as well as positions at Impact Enterprises, A.T. Kearney, and various internships that contributed to expertise in project management, consulting, and market analysis. Katrin holds a CEMS Master's in International Management and a Bachelor of Science in International Business, with educational experiences from prestigious institutions including Koç University and Copenhagen Business School.
