Martin Lang

Martin Lang has extensive experience in the field of chemistry, particularly in fastening and protection technology. Currently serving as the Head of New Business and New Applications at Hilti Group since September 2011, Martin has also held leadership roles such as Head of Projects and Future Technologies and Group Manager for Research/Technology Chemistry. Prior to Hilti Group, Martin worked at 4SC AG from July 2002 to August 2011, where responsibilities included Senior Scientist and Project Manager, focusing on drug discovery research. Educationally, Martin obtained a PhD in organic synthesis and natural products chemistry from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (1998-2002) and a Dipl.-Chem. in Chemistry from the same institution (1992-1997).
