Robert Schlieder has extensive experience in quality and process management, currently serving as the Head of Global Process Management at Hilti Group since May 2011, where Robert also oversees Quality and Process Management for Tool Services and Measuring. Prior to this role, Robert Schlieder held various leadership positions at thyssenkrupp Presta AG from November 2004 to May 2011, including Head of Quality and Business Process Management, Project Management, and Knowledge Management. Robert Schlieder began a career at thyssenkrupp Automotive in November 2003 as a Management Trainee and Project Manager. Robert Schlieder holds a Dipl.-Ing. / M.Sc.E.E. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Technische Universität Dresden and is an Automotive SPICE® Principal Assessor certified by intacs® and VDA QMC.
