Tanguy Roche

Tanguy Roche currently serves as the Head of Construction Solutions for Western Europe at Hilti Group since January 2023. Previously, Tanguy held the position of Area Sales Manager at Hilti France, where management of an eight-member Account Manager team encompassed sales operations in the "Ile de France" region for Steel & Metal customers. Tanguy has extensive experience in regional product management, having worked with Hilti Asia Pacific to oversee a product portfolio that significantly contributed to the company's business in South East Asia. Earlier career roles include System Engineer at Alstom Australia and T&C Engineer at Alstom Transport, specializing in large-scale transit projects, along with experience as a Noise & Vibration Research Engineer at SONORHC. Tanguy's educational background includes an MBA from INSEAD and master's degrees in Vibration Acoustics and Mechanical Engineering.
