Tanja Schumacher

Tanja Schumacher is an experienced professional in quality management and continuous improvement, currently serving as a Supplier Quality Manager at Hilti Group since August 2018, focusing on enhancing supplier quality for the Installation business unit. Prior to this role, Tanja held the position of Global Lean Manager at Hilti Group, where support was provided to Business Units Management Teams in implementing lean principles. Tanja's previous experience includes serving as Director of Continuous Improvement at CommScope, leading a Lean Program for Manufacturing and Sales based on the Toyota Production System, and managing continuous improvement initiatives for TE Connectivity's Network Solution segment. Tanja also has a strong background in program management and general management from earlier roles at TE Connectivity and ABUS-AFE GmbH. Academic qualifications include an MBA in International Management & Leadership from Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften Kempten, a BBA in General Management from Avans University, and a Betriebswirt VWA in Business Administration.
