Thomas Schwyter

Thomas Schwyter has extensive experience in sustainability and digital infrastructure management, currently serving as the Sustainability Reporting and Data Management Program Manager at Hilti Group since May 2013. In this role, Thomas oversees projects aimed at enhancing sustainability reporting to foster transparency and support Hilti's sustainability goals. Additionally, Thomas leads initiatives on sustainable packaging, focusing on reducing material usage and increasing recyclability. Previous positions at Hilti include Head of Digital Infrastructure for BU Construction Services and Senior Project Manager. Prior to Hilti, Thomas worked at Holcim from May 2006 to April 2013, where roles included Executive Assistant to the MENA Area Manager and Consultant/Project Manager for technical marketing projects. Thomas holds degrees from ETH Zürich and EPFL.
