Randy Shain

Randy Shain has a significant amount of experience in the field of investigative research and due diligence. Randy started their career in 1987 as an Investigator/VP at Bishops Services. In 1993, they co-founded BackTrack Reports, Inc., a background due diligence investigative specialist firm, which was later sold to First Advantage in 2004. Randy continued to work with First Advantage as the Founder until 2016. In 2017, they joined Blue Heron Research Partners as the COO, where they focused on identifying successful work methods and scaling them. In 2015, they also founded One on One Mentors, LLC, a company that provides personalized coaching for college students. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Hilton Global Associates, a professional investigative research firm specializing in tailor-made investigations.

Randy Shain attended Rutgers University from 1983 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
