Emily Thompson

Emily Thompson is a seasoned professional in product and program management with extensive experience in the hospitality and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Hilton Grand Vacations since April 2024, Emily previously held the position of AVP in IT Business Relationship Management at Marriott Vacations Worldwide from March 2023 to March 2024. Prior to that, Emily was the Director of Project Management at Thrive from January 2021 to March 2023, following the acquisition of DSM in 2022. Earlier roles include Director of Information Technology at AgAmerica Lending and various positions at Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation from 2012 to 2019, encompassing responsibilities such as Product Manager and Senior Systems Analyst. Emily co-owned Varia IT Solutions from January 2010 to October 2012, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Advertising from Florida Southern College, awarded between 2003 and 2006.
