Jim Williams

Jim Williams serves as the Director of Data Center Operations at Hilton Grand Vacations, beginning April 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Manager of Site Reliability Engineering at Fortra, where leadership of a twelve-engineer team focused on enhancing system reliability and promoting proactive problem-solving. At Alert Logic, Jim held several positions, culminating as Principal Database Developer, providing technical guidance for corporate systems and managing data and analytics initiatives. Previous roles also encompassed managing a Product Specialist team and direct support for IBM enterprise customers as a Staff Software Engineer. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from SUNY Polytechnic Institute and an Associate of Science from Tompkins Cortland Community College.
