Kelly Lodde

Kelly Lodde has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Hilton Grand Vacations since April 2002, where previous roles included Senior Counsel and Counsel. Prior to this, Kelly worked as an Attorney at Holland & Knight LLP from July 2000 to June 2002 and as a Law Clerk at RCI from September 1994 to August 2000. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctorate from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law (1996-2000) and a Bachelor of Science from Ball State University (1989-1993).
